Shipping & delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment. Every parcel ships tracked, and you receive the tracking link by email as soon as it is scanned by the carrier.

Dispatch and processing

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a business day are usually packed the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery windows above start from dispatch, not from the moment you order. During launch periods and peak season, add 1–2 business days.

Tracking your order

You will receive two emails: an order confirmation immediately, and a dispatch email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the first scan.

Multiple items and split shipments

Some orders ship in more than one parcel so nothing waits on a slower item. You are never charged more than once for shipping, and each parcel gets its own tracking link.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices shown exclude local import duties. For most destinations duties are prepaid at checkout; where they are not, the carrier may collect them on delivery. Any such charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Contact us within 2 hours of ordering if you need to correct an address — we can usually update it before dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once the return arrives; reshipping costs apply.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, or arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost. Send a photo of the packaging and item to support@braglux.com within 14 days of delivery.
