Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Faulty items are covered for 12 months and replaced or refunded, your choice.

What can be returned

Unused items in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
Faulty or damaged items, within 12 months of delivery.
Wrong item received — we cover return postage and reship immediately.

What cannot be returned

Items showing clear signs of use, wear or washing (unless faulty).
Items returned without their original packaging or accessories.
Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such on the product page.

Exchanges

Need a different colour or size? Place a new order for the item you want and return the original — this is faster than a formal exchange and means your replacement is not held up waiting for the return to land.

Refund timing and method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds appear within 5 business days of processing; PayPal within 2; Klarna instalment plans are cancelled and adjusted automatically.

Original shipping charges are refunded when a return is due to a fault or our error. For change-of-mind returns, any express shipping paid is not refunded.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has left our fulfilment partner it must be handled as a return.
