How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days and express delivery takes 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to over 40 countries. Shipping is free on orders over $75; below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order has not been dispatched, email support@braglux.com with your order number and we will update it. Once a parcel is in transit we cannot reroute it.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Start a return from the Returns & Refunds page and we will email you a prepaid label.

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later in four instalments through Klarna. Every transaction runs over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection.
